I was quite fed up by the time the parcel arrived because getting updates had taken several messages. Opening it did improve my mood; our little faces are lovely and the outfits are right. I'm glad we have it, but the ordering experience was more stressful than it needed to be.
It's us arguing over a map, basically. Looks just like the photo and makes us laugh every morning.
I chose a dark base so it would sit well in our living room. It looks exactly as I'd hoped. The face is lovely too, which is obviously the more important bit!
I took a couple of days to check the design because I wanted my sister to have a look too. We asked for one change to the hair, then approved it. The finished figure is nicely painted and feels like what we actually agreed on, which I appreciated.
There are ten of us cousins and we all grew up hearing our grandad tell the same jokes. We ordered ten identical keychains of him for our reunion. The little face is lovely, but honestly it's the green jumper that made everyone immediately say his name.

Kept the design simple and the ten keychains turned out beautifully. They were only a small part of our weekend, but everyone liked having the same keepsake. Mine is still attached to my travel bag. Makes me smile when I spot it.
Several of the keychains have rough bits around the hair. I don't feel good giving them out as presents.

Was nervous about the glasses being delicate. They were well protected for shipping and look great on the finished figure.

I gave this to my parents for their anniversary. Dad pointed out his own hair before Mum had even finished opening the box, and then they both just laughed. They've put it beside a framed photo of the two of them. Couldn't really ask for more.
Split the ten between the cousins after our family weekend. Everyone immediately started arguing over who got to put theirs on their car keys first. Nice little reminder of the trip, and they don't feel as light and plasticky as I thought they might.

Our faces are different in all the right little ways. Mum recognised both of us straight away. We love this tiny version of our couple and the way we're standing together.
My little girl saw the unwrapped figure on the table and yelled that it was her before I could explain anything. The big curls and yellow dress are very recognisable. It's kept up on a shelf where she can see it, and she proudly shows visitors her little twin.
Our delivery driver managed to squash a corner of the box. Opened it expecting the worst and found a perfectly safe little figure tucked into all that padding. Every detail intact. Thank you for packing it properly.
My figure looks recognisably like me, but my partner's could be literally any man with dark hair. That makes it a strange couple keepsake. We selected it together and had been looking forward to it, so neither of us wants to be the one who says it should go in a cupboard.
I initially thought approving a design would just be another email to click through. It actually mattered because I noticed the jacket was the wrong colour. That got fixed before printing, and the parcel that arrived matched the corrected design. Happy I took a proper look.
