Took a LONG time to get

If this hadn’t been a Christmas gift for my husband, I probably would have given 4 stars. The design itself turned out really well and I was very happy with the final product, but waiting 4 months from ordering to delivery was honestly disappointing. Since I ordered it specifically as a Christmas present, I ended up having to find another gift at the last minute because it didn’t arrive in time. I really like how it turned out, but the long delivery time is definitely something to consider if you’re ordering it for a specific date or occasion.

Took 3 months

The MiniCube itself came out great and looks surprisingly close to the actual car. Unfortunately it took just over 3 months to arrive and it missed my boyfriend’s birthday, which was the whole reason I ordered it. Customer service did reply when I asked for updates, but I still think the delivery time should be much clearer when ordering. Love the product, not so much the wait.

Missed my anniversary

Ordered one with my husband’s first car for our anniversary and unfortunately it arrived about a month after the date. I had ordered well in advance so I genuinely thought I had left enough time. When it finally arrived he absolutely loved it and the design was really well done, so I can’t complain about the actual MiniCube. Just disappointed with how long the whole process took.

Took much more than expected to deliver

The finished car is really nice and my dad loved it, but delivery needs improvement. Mine took around 3 and a half months from the day I ordered. I contacted them after a couple of months because I was starting to wonder if something had gone wrong. They explained that it was still being made and it did eventually arrive exactly as ordered. Great concept and good final result, just be prepared to wait.

Great model but missed the birthday

I ordered this for my son's birthday because he recently bought his first car. The MiniCube looked really good when it finally arrived and the small details were impressive, but it came almost three weeks after his birthday even though I ordered well ahead of time. He still loved it, but I had to buy something else for the actual day. Nice product, just do not rely on the estimated timing for an occasion.

Color was not quite right

The shape of the car was recognizable, but the blue was noticeably lighter than it looked in the photos I submitted. I contacted support and was told that colors can vary, which I understand to a point, but this felt like a fairly big difference. It also took nearly three months to arrive. The idea is great, but for the price I expected the color match to be much closer.

Good result, poor tracking

I am happy with the finished MiniCube and my partner thought it was a really thoughtful gift. My issue was the lack of useful tracking during the process. The order page stayed on under production for weeks and I had no idea whether it would arrive before our anniversary. Support eventually answered, but only after I followed up twice. The product is nice, communication could be much better.

Arrived damaged

The MiniCube itself looked accurate, but the display case arrived cracked at one corner and a small piece had come loose inside the box. It was meant to be a Father's Day present, so there was not enough time to sort out a replacement. Customer service offered to send the missing part, which I appreciate, but the packaging should protect a custom item better than this.

Nice keepsake but expensive for the wait

It is a fun keepsake and the finished car does resemble mine, especially from the front. I am giving three stars because it took a little over three months and the updates were very limited. For what it costs, I expected a smoother experience and slightly finer detail around the wheels. I do like the final piece, but I would only recommend ordering if you are not in a hurry.

Five months and still nothing

I placed my order five months ago and it still has not arrived. The status has shown under production for most of that time and the replies I received were generic with no actual delivery date. I requested a refund because the gift occasion passed months ago, but I am still waiting for that to be resolved. At this point I cannot recommend ordering.

BMW X5 details done right

The order was for my partner, but I ended up enjoying the BMW X5 build just as much. It arrived safely packaged and ready to build. There were no mystery pieces or confusing gaps at the end. They picked up the satin green wrap and bronze wheel color, which were the things I cared about most. Very happy with the finished model and I would order another one for a future car.

The little details made it — BMW M4

I do not usually write reviews, but there are not many places that will recreate your personal BMW M4 as a brick set. My partner recognized the BMW M4 before I pointed out what it was. I sent several reference pictures, and the final model reflects the two-tone paint and the little sticker on the rear glass really well. The model captures the personality of the real car, which is all I wanted.

More accurate than expected — Mercedes-Benz C-Class

Bought this after selling my Mercedes-Benz C-Class. I wanted a reminder of the car without buying another full-size one. It showed up just over six weeks after I ordered, and the timing was fine considering it was built specifically for me. I took my time with the build instead of rushing through it. Assembly was straightforward, and nothing important was missing from the package. The photos do not quite show how nice it looks once assembled.

Looks like my actual Mercedes-Benz GLE

I kept seeing generic sets and none had the right look, so I finally submitted my Mercedes-Benz GLE for a custom design. The instructions were easy to follow and the finished shape is immediately recognizable. The preview looked promising, but the carbon-look roof and bright red accents came across even better once it was built. My dad spent several minutes comparing it with photos of the Mercedes-Benz GLE. Overall, this turned out exactly the way I hoped it would.

Finally found my Mercedes-Benz G-Class as a set

The photos I sent were not professional at all, just normal phone pictures of my Mercedes-Benz G-Class, so the result surprised me. Two months is a long time to wait for a model, and that is my only complaint. Since every detail was customized from my photos, I can understand why it took longer. The finished design includes the gray wrap and the matching dark emblems, so it genuinely feels personal. It is definitely a display build rather than something I would hand to a toddler. The product gets five-star marks from me; the delivery experience brings the overall score to four.

Mercedes-AMG GT came out spot on

I ordered the custom Mercedes-AMG GT because I wanted a model that looked like the one sitting in my driveway, not a stock version. They got surprisingly close on the factory red paint with the black roof and badges, even at this size. The package arrived safely and all the pieces were sorted well enough to get started right away. A very cool way to keep a version of the car indoors.

A personal version of my Audi A4

This was a birthday present to myself and I chose my Audi A4 since it is the car I have put the most work into. The pieces were well protected in transit, which I appreciated. My Audi Q5 in miniature

My Audi Q5 has a few personal touches that never show up on normal shelf models, so the custom option caught my attention. The presentation was simple but tidy, with no loose parts in the shipping box. What impressed me was how they included the factory green paint and the small club decal without making the model look overdone. Turnaround was about a month and a half, which is not instant but makes sense for this kind of product. This ended up being much more personal than an ordinary model kit.

Great desk-size Audi RS6 Avant

I found MiniCubez while searching for a buildable Audi RS6 Avant and decided to send in photos of my own car. I changed one tiny piece position to match my car even more closely. The printed guide made sense and I only had to backtrack once during the build. The tiny version of the black paint, bronze wheels and gold badges is what makes the whole build feel like my vehicle. It feels made for an owner rather than produced for everyone, and that is the appeal.

Custom model with real character — Audi TT RS

I was a little unsure how much detail could be captured in a brick-built Audi TT RS, but I gave the custom order a try. The designer paid attention to the unusual wheel color and the small logo on the door, rather than only matching the basic body color. Waiting about a month and a half was longer than I hoped. Still, this was a made-to-order design, so the extra time was understandable. I would recommend it, but I would also tell people to order well before a birthday or holiday.
