Not quite a pair
My figure looks very much like me and the overall pose is lovely. My partner's face is much more generic, despite us sending equally clear photos. It's frustrating because half the piece shows how good it can be, while the other half makes us hesitate about displaying it.

Successful little experiment
I'd never ordered custom keychains before and wasn't sure what ten identical ones would look like together. Honestly, quite cute. Our small gardening group all got one at the end of the season and nobody had to argue over which design they wanted because they were the same.

Too much back and forth
I asked a straightforward question about fixing the nose in the preview. The replies kept answering questions I hadn't asked. After several messages I still didn't feel the change was understood. Not happy handing these out
The set was meant for ten people who helped us with a family event. Several faces have uneven paint and one clip doesn't close properly. It puts me in an awkward position because I don't want some people getting noticeably worse gifts. Not the nice gesture I had planned.
